Lola is a Certified Professional Coach with expertise in Executive and Leadership coaching. She is a skilled Human Resources practitioner with significant experience in talent management, performance management, recruitment and retention. She is also a certified Facilitator in team building, creative problem solving and emotional intelligence.
She has a BSc in Sociology from the University of the West Indies and a Masters in Business Administration from Florida International University. Her professional career spans public and private sector with senior management roles in the financial sector specifically 19 years with Citibank, 11 of those as Vice President Human Resources and 10 years as Director Talent Management with First Caribbean International Bank.
She has harnessed her experience and qualifications into developing a vibrant and relevant coaching practice having completed her professional coaching certification with Erickson International. She gets great satisfaction from coaching and facilitating individuals to become the best version of themselves.
She is a prolific public speaker delivering presentations and lectures both locally and internationally to the University of the West Indies, the University of Technology and is a repeat presenter at the US based Talent Management Alliance conferences.
